My very best dance happens when our family comes together and we automatically go into a partnering like no other. I sat with such gratitude on Christmas day with my favorite friends...my kids and my husband. We hold each other accountable to;
Live with intention, walk to the edge,listen hard,practice wellness, play with abandon, laugh,choose with no regret,continue to learn,appreciate friends,do what you love, give thanks. Family is the ultimate dance!(Christmas,2007)

Soulscape Movement Center

Soulscape Movement Center has been a vision of mine for quite a long time and I am finally opening the doors next week! I hope through dance,movement,stretch,relaxation and prayer that I can make a healthy difference in peoples' lives. I have had great support from my friends...Joe and Faith Ismay ...as we created a beautiful movement studio. It was an exciting day when my "sign" went up!
